coordination, teamwork, and individual functionality to complete the tasks. Gerald also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Fire and Emergency Management Administration from Kaplan University. His overall goal is to provide street-level strategy and tactics to firefighters that love the business.

Gerald “Eli” Hall is currently a career firefighter with the City of Camden Fire Department for 20 years and is assigned to Ladder Company 2/ Rescue. He is also currently a volunteer Deputy Chief in his hometown with the East Greenwich Township Fire and Rescue for the last 9 years with over 33 years of combined volunteer and career experience in the fire service. He was a member of the New Jersey Urban Search and Rescue Task Force for 6 years as a Rescue Specialist and obtained a vast amount of technical rescue training from across the country. He also has an active level 2 Pro-Board instructor certification that he utilized at a local fire academy teaching basic firefighter level one to more technical skills such as vehicle extrication, trench collapse, rope, and confined space rescue operations. Throughout his years in the fire service, he has grown a passion for truck company operations as it challenges firefighters in many areas of operation on the fire ground as well as required
