In June 2007, Donnie started as a Call Firefighter in the Auburn Fire Department (Auburn MA).He was hired (in the City of Worcester), by the Worcester Fire Department in April 2012. He was assigned to Ladder 1 out of the Academy for one year then split his time between Engine 8 and Ladder 3 and is currently assigned to Rescue Company 1 as of Sept 2020. He has been an Instructor at the Massachusetts Fire Academy since 2018 as well as an Instructor for Forcible Entry Door Systems (FEDS) since 2010.

 

Donnie enjoys fishing, all things firefighting (buffing), and hanging out at home with his wife of 11 years, Kim (who is also a full-time firefighter in Auburn) and his daughter, Teagan.
